I have been reading several blogs, authors are friends and acquaintances. I have decided it was time I started one. I like the thought of journaling and since I am on the computer at work and then when I get home why not put my thoughts down.
Now to think of something to say.
Our Thanksgiving was wonderful. I love spending time with the adult children and the grandchildren. It was busy. Our oldest son is remodeling a house next door to theirs and he had his dad hanging doors in the house and gave his younger brother a job of painting.
We had several college students from my son's church over for Thanksgiving day feast. There were 2 sisters from Ohio, a young lady from Canada, the college minister's sister from Australia who has been living in England for several years and the college minister and his wife. It was so much fun explaining to them the different foods we eat for Thanksgiving. We, of course, fried our turkey. The food was fantastic and the company was fun.
